The program can be run locally on a workstation, copying documents each time a user acts, as well as it can work on the server (as one of the processes), observing a specified directory on a hard disk which receives files from many scanners. Each newly-saved file is queued to be processed as quickly as possible. Additionally, a filter can be defined, selecting precisely for further analysis only those files that fulfil the assumed criteria.
